- Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging is preferred but not mandatory
- Sale items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged
- Personalised or custom orders are non-returnable
Step 1 — Email us at support@dlumea.com with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2 — Our team will send you a prepaid return label within 24–48 business hours.
Step 3 — Pack your item securely and drop it off at any authorised courier point.
Step 4 — Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
We offer complimentary exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to availability.
