30-Day Return Window — We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for all unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached.

We want you to love every piece from Luméa. If something isn't right, we make the return process simple and stress-free.

  • Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging is preferred but not mandatory
  • Sale items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Personalised or custom orders are non-returnable

Step 2 — Our team will send you a prepaid return label within 24–48 business hours.

Step 3 — Pack your item securely and drop it off at any authorised courier point.

Step 4 — Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We offer complimentary exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to availability.

Express Exchange — For size exchanges, we ship your new item as soon as we receive tracking confirmation on your return.
