05Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Absolutely. LUMÉA is 100% cruelty-free — we never test on animals at any stage. The vast majority of our products are fully vegan. Any exceptions (beeswax or honey) are clearly marked on each product label.

Most LUMÉA products have a 24-month unopened shelf life. Once opened, check the PAO symbol on packaging — typically 6 to 12 months. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Only one discount code can be applied per order. However, loyalty points and promotional discounts may be combinable in some cases — this is shown clearly at checkout.

Apply from thinnest to thickest: Cleanser → Toner → Serum → Eye Cream → Moisturizer → SPF (morning). At night, swap SPF for Night Cream or Facial Oil. Results appear after 4–6 weeks of daily use.
